The training was different, very creative and it accessed parts of my brain that felt ‘different.’ There was a feeling of my consciousness being stretched in areas that I didn’t know existed! I would have visions and flashes of light and incredible feelings of energy moving about my body.
I’d always had a good energy flow but something very different was happening now. I felt like I was larger than life, like I was a master surfer commanding the waves of the world…it was very empowering.
All of this was building up to something…it was activating my consciousness, my mind and body for an introduction that was going to blow my mind.

- My mother and father were yoga teachers and so I practiced with them since I could walk. I began the practice of meditation at around the age of 6 but really only became serious about it in my teens. Since then have been seriously involved in researching practices of achieving Enlightenment in one lifetime.
