The Shape of the Soul - Understanding Your Past Lives and the Evolution of your Spirit

The Soul creates its memories and perceptions of time and space through spiral and fractal forms and shapes.

It is these shapes and forms that are also known as the “Soul Journey” because it is by moving the physical body into these alignments that the memories of the Soul are revealed.

Memory is created when these forms connect and interact with matter, energy and consciousness.

The Soul becomes infused with these forms and shapes, its memory is created and so the “Journey of the Soul” is built.

The Soul then begins to perceive these forms, shapes and memories as being its purpose and so it creates dimensional forms of self that are congruent with this perception.

This “journey” becomes the blueprint for the creation of the singular selves.

The personality, the ego and the mind is created to fulfill and grow within the parameters of these forms and shapes.

The Soul remembers the Higher Self but just like the singular dimensional selves are prone to do, it believes that just a few things need to be taken care of first.

Just a few things and then we can return home.

Those few things turn into lifetimes until one day, the Soul forgets exactly how to return.

Its only memory is a yearning for “something”…and the perception of this “something” comes only from the feeling that “something” is missing.

The key to achieving reconnection is alignment.

Alignment is the resolution of intention and direction.

Just as the physical density requires the correct alignments to hold the balance for walking, speak with fluency and to maintain the equilibrium of the biochemistry and hormones of the body, the alignments of the mental densities are what allow the mind to think, conceptualize, imagine and perceive within the singular and/or the multi-dimensional aspects of the self.

Alignment occurs not through “trying” but through “being.”

Alignment is the act of becoming the same as.

It is for this reason that the imagination and ideas are so powerful.

The imagination directs the consciousness, the body and mind toward alignment.

This direction is intention, however alignment requires the resolution of this intention in order to achieve completion.

True alignment is undiluted purity of “being.”

Imagination and ideas begin as diluted forms of intention.

This is an alignment that is coming into “being.”

It is moving in the direction of “being.”

Through the process of continual immersion and saturation in a form and idea, consciousness moves towards alignment.

With time and correct practice, intention and direction will become alignment and “being.”

Now the Soul holds its memories in the fractal forms of spirals which are made up of shapes which are made up of even smaller spirals.

Given that alignment means becoming and being, consciousness must conform to these spirals and shapes in order to connect with the Soul and the Soul memory.

Remember that it is the Soul Journey or memory that makes the Soul what it is at any given time.

Without the Soul Memory, the Soul is actually free and pure – it is the Soul Memory that gives the Soul purpose.
However it is this very purpose that creates disharmony within the Soul and thus each of the dimensional selves, because purpose negates the Soul’s understanding of true peace – that is peace with “what is.”

Throughout life times the Soul creates singular selves that would reflect its understanding of its purpose.

Life is experience and experience brings lessons that are embedded into the memories of the soul.

These memories continue to spiral through each lifetime, with each shape and form reflecting experiences and interactions from past Soul lessons and lifetimes.

Eventually the journey has moved so far and the false purpose has gained so much memory and shape, that all that is remembered of the Higher Self is that it is “something” very important that seems to be missing.

The Soul has created so many memories and it is the depth of these memories that creates distance, time and space.

It is this time and space that is the illusion of separation, and so this separation becomes the single greatest barrier between the Soul and the Higher Self.

Through many lifetimes, the Soul creates the singular selves which then seek to discover alignments that bring true fulfillment.

It seeks to create and align itself with material wealth, satisfaction of the ego, accomplishment, knowledge and power.

For a time these may suffice, but through life time after life time the cycle of repeatedly achieving the same things ultimately wears thin.

What remains is the yearning for “something” – the completion that would take the Soul home.

The old Soul is one that can no longer find the same satisfaction in the games that it once sought to fill the void.

In time the old Soul learns to walk past all of these and to listen to the one calling that has remained constant from the very beginning.

It is with this acknowledgement that the true purpose of the Soul’s Journey is realized.

The reunion with the Higher Self – the return home.

Connection to the Higher Self is always about alignment.

Any complexity that is perceived within this simplicity appears simply because each dimensional self, just like each dimension, has its own rules, beliefs and laws.

In order to find alignment these elements must be followed.

The simple guiding principle has always been to learn to “let go.”

The truth of “letting go” means to move each specific dimensional self into alignment with the Higher Self and to allow the connection to occur.

It is critical to understand however that while “letting go” will sometimes mean yielding, it will at other times mean pushing through.

This factor is found through objective observation which allows the consciousness to open a path from the Higher Self to any of the singular dimensional selves.

By then observing a specific dimensional self, the mind will be shown immediately how to progress through the crystallization that is the singular self.

So in some cases “letting go” will entail allowing tension to increase before it inevitably subsides.

In other cases “letting go” requires allowing such emotions as hatred or fear to increase until the core of that emotion is met.

It is only at this perimeter that one can say that they are truly objective and so the path between the Higher Self and the singular self can be said to be open.

If one is flitting between beliefs of right and wrong then it is like taking a step towards the door then taking a step back.

What is occurring is that the consciousness moves towards the perimeter of its own crystallization and then doubts or questions which then moves it back to what is known, familiar and comfortable.

The consciousness becomes like a tight rubber band that restricts movement and returns any movement to its crystallized form.

Alignment cannot come into being without intention and direction – this is movement, so without the ability to move, alignment becomes difficult if not impossible.

This is where objective observation comes into play.

Objective observation is the same as pure awareness, mindfulness and surrender.

Where the Soul collects memories and creates a Journey, objective observation releases memory and creates the alignment of the destination here and now.

The only issue is - and this is a big issue, is that it is possible to fool one self into believing they are being objective when really they are not.

To truly be objective one must be able to reach the point where they can feel a sensation of pain and yet not be in suffering. The physical consciousness, the body, feels the pain, but the mind is clear of its reaction to pain. Since pain is the sensation and suffering is the mind’s reaction to pain, then when the mind is clear of its reaction there is no suffering.

The mind is then able to perceive pain in its true form which is simply energy.

At the same time through objective observation, the consciousness cultivates an alignment with the dimensional aspect that is the Higher Self.

We call this practice “cultivation” because cultivation is a direction or a movement toward an alignment.

When the alignment is complete then the cultivation is complete – there is no more direction needed because the journey is complete – the destination is here now.

Without an understanding of alignment, fractal and spiral laws and objective observation, the potentials of meditation can never be found.

Of course without dedication on the behalf of the practitioner the true potential can never be found either.

As you will have discovered, the Higher Self is exceedingly gentle in its approach.

It comes through opening to it through your own crystallizations.

You cannot force it or trick it, you can only open yourself to it by acknowledging who you are right here and now and using this as the portal to it.

The Soul on the other hand is very forthright in its nature to come through.

For sure a certain amount of letting go is required, but the process is much more physical and because we are in the physical dimension this makes the cultivation very tangible and solid.

The physical spiraling of the body moves energy through the muscles, bones, sinews and blood. It also clears out the chakras and nadis.

But what it also does is wake up the body. It brings its consciousness into the body.

Because this is a physical movement it becomes very easy because physical movement is easy in the third dimension.

The body by aligning itself with the movement of spiraling, fractal flow and shape becomes aligned with the Soul.

It becomes the Soul.

At the same time you are observing objectively with the mind.

So the mind is observing the Soul integrating into the body which means that the mind, body and Soul are connected - and because you are observing objectively you are also in alignment with the Higher Self.

As long as the mind remains objective and observant, these connections are held and the Soul Memory and Journey is not only released it is also understood at the true level – free of any filters or beliefs intruding on it.

And because the mind is being objective the portal to the Higher Self can remain undiluted and so the Soul can connect to the Higher Self.

This is Earth connecting to Heaven in the ancient texts.

So the Soul which has collected a vast journey and memory and has created such distance, space and time between itself and its origin is able to connect with its true purpose.

As long as the mind remains objective and observant the connection to its true purpose is held open and the immersion and reunification process can take place.

The connection here is between the Soul and the Higher Self, the mind does not need to do anything except observe objectively – in fact when the mind tries to do something, to analyze or think, it severs the connection.

Thinking is too slow, the experience and the communication simply needs to be allowed to happen.

The body on the other hand has a far greater depth than the intellectual mind.

As soon as the movement is initiated the body will continue the movement on its own. The fractal memory will move deeper than what the singular mind could perceive. In most cases it is only after several years that the mind can catch up to the depth that the body is able to access.

The Power of Observation - How to Maximise your Meditation Power

The practice of observation is the practice of awareness. Awareness is the most important fundamental for the mastery of anything. Without awareness we would not even know that there was something that we wanted to transform or change. We would not even move, because we would not even know that there was something to move. In fact no human can be conscious and not be aware at some level. The methods shown here are methods to deepen and strengthen our awareness.

Awareness lets you know yourself. It is you that you are working with. You are the canvas, but you are also the painter and the paint. Also the canvas is not empty, it is full of all the patterns of our emotions, our personality, our feelings and impulses. The practice of awareness lets us stand back and see all these things. It involves expanding our field of perception to see it all - to be the observer.

The best physical position to be in is one in which you are comfortable enough that you can let go of holding your body in any particular pose, but won’t fall down or fall asleep.

This is a suggested sequence to observe but over time explore your own preferred method - just be sure to allow everything to be observed.

Observe your thoughts as they come and go. No thought is too important - no thought is not important enough. If they won’t go, then just let them stay. Let them do what ever they want, just try not to be too attached. But of course there’s no need to make a big fuss about being attached either. Just easy and gentle. Favor the process of observation. If there is any tension, any struggle - just watch and observe. There are no “right” thoughts here.

Observe your body - any feelings that feel. Any tension, relaxation. Your posture. The weight of your body. Just observe. There is no “right” posture in this practice. There are no “right” tensions or “wrong” relaxations or vice versa. You are simply observing - watching the flow - watching the static.

Observe any emotions that are there. Let them come and go. If they go let them go. If they don’t go - let them be. However any of them come to you, simply let them be as they are. If you are struggling with any emotions, adverse or craving any emotions - just observe the struggle, watch it, let it be.

Let yourself observe all 3 of these states simultaneously - whatever comes in and goes, stays, struggles, releases. There is no “right” way this practice should be. This practice is the practice of letting go of “should be”, right and wrong. It is the practice of watching, of listening, of observing.

It is useful to note that we all have our “should be’s, we all have our rights and wrongs. These will come up in the practice. These are our part of our “personality”. When we meet a “should be”, a right or wrong - just let them be. Let them play out their own struggles or releases or whatever it is that they do. If we should feel guilty, or imperfect, frustrated or anything at all - just observe these things. We are in a constant state of ebb and flow. There are reactions then reactions to those reactions. We simply watch. If our mind should wander then we come back as gently and easily as we can to observing.

Skill of this technique comes with practice. Depth of understanding of this technique comes with practice. Practice 30 seconds a day, 1 minute, 10 minutes, 30 minutes - but make it a daily ritual and you will see and feel results feed into every aspect of your life. Without the practice of awareness all other techniques of mastery are of no real use. Whether a beginner or a master the practice of awareness is the foundation.
“The secret of success is continuity of practice.”

Within time you will be aware of how your body and mind reacts when you hear certain sounds, see certain sights, smell, taste, feel and think. The opportunity for conscious change exists at this point of awareness.

This is the reason why observation is so powerful.

Eme Tulko - The Astral Temple of Light

I will always remember the day that I had the first of many subsequent experiences that would forever change my life.

It seemed at the time as if this incredible shift of consciousness occurred in a matter of months. Now however, I see that it had been building for years and in truth from a Soul perspective it had been building for thousands of lifetimes.

It was due to Karma that I had collected through so many life times that I would meet masters who would guide me to understanding how to access the entrance to an Astral temple where I would be shown the mysteries of the universe and the mind.

Without the assistance of these masters I can say without a shadow of a doubt that I could never have reached this point, however it is with my present understanding that I now see that just as my teachers are bringing knowledge to me now, that I have done so for them in past incarnations. One hand has fed the other hand and through this reciprocation we have helped each other throughout the ages.

At this present day I am regaining knowledge of all of my past lives and I can now see that perhaps one in one thousand lives was spent with recognition of my true purpose. So many lives have been spent floundering in the illusions of the world, materialism and ego gratifications. I do however mark it as a gift that I could count that one life as one that was spent seeking my true purpose.

It is the curse of this planet’s consciousness that most who are born into physical incarnation will not remember anything from before they were born. We come into this world afresh and all knowledge and memory of the Soul’s journey throughout countless lifetimes has been stripped bare.

It has through the Illion Chamber in the Asharem Temple of Light that I was to regain all my Soul memories and forgotten knowledge of infinite past lives.

The Enlightened masters within this temple brought to me an Etheric artifact that will allow me to remember my Soul journey for each of my incarnations from now on. This artifact will allow no life to be wasted and no incarnation to fall to illusion. It will bring forever full awareness of my immortal self, knowledge and memory. I believe that this artifact has also been known as the Grail.

The Asharem Temple of Light exists both inside time and space and outside time and space.

This contradiction is kept in perfect balance and forms the middle path.

Within the walls of the Temple a lower adept can access planes of higher consciousness which would on the physical earth plane require one hundred thousand years of deep meditation.

The Higher adepts can access planes of consciousness where time stands still eternally and in doing so access Enlightenment that is timeless.

Chambers exist were Nirvana can be entered and experienced then remembered and accessed through the physical body on the earth plane.

Lower disciples are taught and guided to experience higher levels of consciousness and divine light through the use of the Chambers of Light . The process of attuning to higher and higher levels of light brings one to the highest levels of Enlightenment.

Each meditation in a chamber of light is as if one meditated for one hundred thousand years. One will actually see and feel the years passing by. Countless lifetimes of Karma can be purified. Spiritual evolution is immensely accelerated beyond anything that is known on the physical earth plane. On return to the physical earth plane however it is as if but a moment has passed.

This is how so many Enlightened beings have been able to attain Enlightenment within their lifetime – through accessing the timeless planes.

The illusions and allure of the material world drop away completely and the pure path of the Soul and the Higher Self are revealed.

The disciple trains within such ancient rooms and palaces of such beauty that nothing on the physical world can compare.

The presence of these realities is more real than anything that can be experienced on the physical world because the consciousness is awake on so many more levels.

To spend hundreds of thousands of years training in these places of power and beauty diminishes the ego on the physical earth plane. For after training in such places of divine beauty and joy nothing on the physical earth plane will tempt the senses anymore.

As the disciple advances in skill they are able to access higher planes, beyond what this universe would even call time and space.

Within each successively higher plane, higher level Enlightened masters and adepts are found.

Throughout all the levels of the Temple one may find at any time Devas, Arahats, Enlightened Beings, Angels and Ascended masters.

The one discerning principle that they all share is service to the light – that is service that brings Enlightenment for all that have made it to this place.

It is possible that the temple exists within different forms for different beings, however for myself it is a temple hewn of perfect stone.

There is no limit to its size, I have walked its hallways and found endless chambers, studies and halls and met with countless masters. Yet finding ones way is astoundingly simple. I have never once been lost. I simply think of exactly where I need to be and I am there.

When I first entered the temple I asked if this was my mental projection of the Akashic records, I was informed that it was not.

The temple because it exists both within time and space, yet also outside of time and space is able to hold knowledge and teaching that is outside the Akashic records.

This is seemingly impossible within this universe, however the Temple of Light exists not only in this universe but within others and so it transcends the Akashic records.

I now understand that this is congruent with Enlightenment for absolute Enlightenment stands outside of the laws of this universe and all universes.

The Temple is a multi-universal construct that stands both within and outside time and space.

It holds the timeless teachings as they must be applied through all dimensions within this universe and within many other universes also.

I have been asked to share this information here because for some it will trigger an ancient memory and purpose.

It will feel immediately right in some way or form.

If it does it is because your Karma has led you to learn from within the Temple of Light in some way.

All those that work for the light have had some influence of service within the Temple in the trillions of life times that they have been in existence.

Your consciousness if it has the memory of the temple will recognize even if the intellect does not.

There was a time where many human beings on earth studied within the temple, however in the last 5000 years this has diminished greatly.

Many beings have moved on from this planet however of the ones that remain, many have forgotten.

The potential exists within many of incarnated humans to remember once more and to regain their memory and true purpose.

Then this physical life will be as if waking from a dream.

It will be seen then that this physical life is a mere blink of the eye amongst an infinite and immortal life.

They will remember fully the journey and the purpose that their Soul has been undertaking since the beginning of their existence.

This sacred Temple of Light has existed for as long as the path of Enlightenment has existed.

It exists as a place so that all beings may learn and return to their place on the path of Light.

It brings to their consciousness the most important factor for spiritual growth – full memory of where their soul has been, the knowledge that they have understood up until now and reunion with their teachers, students, masters and other walkers of the path throughout millennia.

It allows to meet again and study with Enlightened beings, Buddhas, Ascended Masters and to gain sacred teachings and knowledge.

If this path if is within your Karma then it will be apparent to you now that this is a calling that has always been for you.

If this call meets with a sacred part of your mind then you will know that you have been here before.

Be ready to remember.

Namaste
